For Patients
Less pain. More motion.
Occupational therapy equals relief
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), I provide rehabilitative solutions for injuries or conditions that are affecting a person’s ability to do their daily activities, whether it’s at home, school, work, or during leisure time.
I specialize in treating the upper extremity, which includes your neck, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, hand, and fingers. My goal is to help you regain any lost range of motion or strength in these parts of your body.
I’ll help you boost your physical strength, endurance, and other aspects of how you perform tasks, all to improve your overall health, well-being, and quality of life. I’ll suggest adjustments to your surroundings to help you work around any challenges you might be facing because of limitations.
I’m here to guide you through the process of retraining and adapting, so you can regain your independence in your daily life. This means getting back to doing things on your own, like bathing, dressing, cooking, taking care of your home, and more.
You’ll feel so much better!
If you’re in pain, have had surgery or an accident, you’re in the right place.
If your goal is to increase your range of motion, your strength or coordination, to reduce pain and/or swelling and to increase your ability to do things that on a daily basis have been difficult, long-term results are possible in a relatively short period of time.
The expertise you’ll get here comes with one-on-one care that is rare. You’ll see the same therapist — the only therapist treating patients here — every visit.

I highly recommend Wright Rehab for anyone looking to get good old fashioned customer service and personal attention with one-on-one therapy. Crystal provided exercises that seemed easy, but did the job in getting me back to work after rotator cuff surgery. It was easy to follow up with the at-home exercises. She was flexible with my work schedule and made sure that I received the therapy required. Bonus is that Crystal is friendly and personable! Wright Rehab is a win win!

You’ll need a referral from a physician, nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant. If you don’t have insurance and intend to self-pay, you’ll still need a referral from your provider. I accept most insurance, so please call my office with any questions.
